Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of ContentCharge (the “Service”), operated by Wizewerx Ltd (company no. 06003824), trading as ContentCharge, registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

ContentCharge helps you generate content strategies, plans, posts, and images using AI, and to schedule and publish them to connected channels. We may add, change, or remove features to improve the Service.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

Purchases, subscriptions, and billing

• One-off purchases (such as a content strategy) are charged as a single payment at the price shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (per subscribed strategy) at the tier price shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms.
• Credits. Content generation consumes credits associated with your subscription. Credits are consumed when generation is performed and are not exchangeable for cash.
• Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of tax as indicated at checkout, and may change with notice.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods except where required by law. Because a content strategy is a bespoke digital product generated for you on purchase, one-off strategy purchases are generally non-refundable once generation has begun, except where the Service failed to deliver or where you have a statutory right to a refund. AI-generated content

The Service produces content using AI. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose, and may occasionally reflect facts or claims that are wrong. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving all generated content before you use or publish it. We provide automated checks as a convenience, but they are not a guarantee of accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring your published content complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. Subject to your payment and compliance with these Terms, you own the content generated for you through the Service and may use it for your own business purposes. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service, process your inputs, and generate and deliver your output.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• generate deceptive, harmful, hateful, or otherwise abusive content;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or
• resell or misrepresent the Service as your own without our agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from your use of AI-generated content, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or where we are required to by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
